The first step is arranging a call with me to discuss your timeline, goals, expectations, and any concerns etc. You’ll also get to know me a bit more to see if I’m the right Realtor for you!

I will then evaluate your home’s condition and identify areas that may need improvement. Here is when we’ll talk about pricing, staging, and other marketing strategies.

Once your home hits the market, we’ll begin schedule showings and open houses to allow potential buyers to tour your home.

 

As offers come in, we will review and negotiate offers together. We will consider factors such as price, closing date, and any contingencies. Once a suitable offer is reached, you will formally accept and sign the purchase agreement.

 

We will then work with the buyer’s agent and attorney to complete the necessary paperwork and legal requirements. And we’ll coordinate all remaining closing details.
